This comprehensive landscaping project transformed multiple outdoor areas, each with its own distinct character and purpose. TIMARK worked closely with the client to understand their vision, translating their likes, dislikes, and ideas into three beautifully executed themed spaces.
The rear garden was designed as an entertainment hub with Japanese-inspired aesthetics, featuring a sophisticated combination of IRO decking and premium porcelain tiles. The side courtyard embraced Mediterranean styling, extending an established paved area whilst solving persistent drainage problems and enhancing a curved feature wall.
Both the rear and side areas were elegantly framed with Canadian cedar Venetian-style fencing incorporating integrated accent lighting for ambiance and safety. The pièce de resistance was creating a dedicated ‘Gin Garden’ at the front—an intimate space perfectly positioned to enjoy views of the local park whilst relaxing with evening drinks.
