Following the successful completion of the rear double extension, our client envisioned a garden that would match the quality and functionality of their transformed home. TIMARK sat down with the client to collaboratively develop a comprehensive plan that reflected their vision for a space capable of accommodating large family gatherings and seamless entertaining.
Working alongside the principal contractor, we delivered a multi-faceted landscape transformation. The centrepiece is an expansive composite decking area that provides low-maintenance outdoor living space ideal for furniture and entertaining. Complementing this, we constructed substantial oak sleeper raised beds that serve a dual purpose—attractive planting areas that double as integrated seating for lounging, a clever design solution maximizing both aesthetics and functionality.
An attractive, generous patio space was expertly prepared alongside a functional footpath, both defined by professional path edgings and bordered with robust oak sleepers that tie the design elements together. The garden was carefully levelled to create a smooth, usable lawn area perfect for family activities, establishing one fluid level that makes the space feel larger and more cohesive.
Every element was designed to complement the client’s specific needs: ample entertainment space for gatherings, durable surfaces to withstand large family use, and clear access routes to their garden room. The completed landscape seamlessly extends the living space outdoors, creating a garden that’s as functional as it is beautiful and genuinely enhances how the family enjoys their property.
