This is where the TIMARK partnership began. Tim and Mark first worked together as site managers on this ambitious development of nine four-storey townhouses built into an extremely challenging location—a rock face on the very edge of Clevedon overlooking the town’s historic pier.
The project demanded expertise in complex engineering, including sophisticated retaining structures to manage the dramatic topography and comprehensive tanking systems to protect against water ingress in this coastal clifftop setting. The difficult terrain and restricted access presented daily logistical challenges requiring creative problem-solving.
Despite these substantial challenges, Tim and Mark’s collaborative management approach delivered this incredible development to an extremely high standard. The successful completion of these prestigious homes, each offering spectacular sea views, demonstrated their complementary skills and laid the foundation for their future partnership. The project remains a testament to their ability to execute complex, high-value residential developments in the most demanding circumstances.
