This thoughtfully designed project added significant value and functionality to the property by creating an elegant front porch entrance whilst incorporating an essential downstairs WC—a feature the property had previously lacked. TIMARK expertly integrated the new porch with the existing bay window, ensuring architectural harmony.

The construction utilized quality faced brickwork matching the existing property, topped with a modern insulated flat roof for energy efficiency. We installed a new concrete access footpath with steps, enhancing both accessibility and curb appeal.

Technical challenges included re-routing the boiler flue to accommodate the new structure and installing new drainage infrastructure to provide the essential foul connection for the WC. The completed project not only improved the aesthetic appeal of the property’s entrance but crucially enhanced its functionality, providing the convenience of ground-floor facilities that modern family living demands.
