This project exemplifies TIMARK’s ability to blend contemporary design with existing architecture. We seamlessly attached a modern rear extension to the property’s existing extension, creating an expansive open-plan kitchen that transformed the home’s living space.
The existing roof and render were expertly removed and replaced with a striking flat roof construction featuring integrated roof lights that flood the space with natural light. The extension’s exterior showcases beautiful Canadian cedar cladding, offering a warm, natural aesthetic that requires minimal maintenance whilst aging gracefully.
Demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and cost-effectiveness, we carefully salvaged and re-used existing doors and windows. Internal walls were removed to create a fluid, open-plan ground floor layout that maximizes space and light. The result is a contemporary living area that perfectly balances modern design with practical family living.
