TIMARK collaborated with the client to design and construct a sophisticated multi-level garden featuring distinct zones for different purposes. The design cleverly steps down from the house, creating visual interest and maximizing usable space in a sloping garden.
The upper level features a generous composite decking area with integrated retaining wall planters, providing both seating opportunities and planting space. This steps down to a new lawned area perfect for relaxation and play, which transitions to a prepared slabbed section—infrastructure already in place for a future garden room including power and data cable installation.
Practical improvements included installing water points halfway down the garden for convenient irrigation. The entire garden was enclosed with attractive slatted fencing, providing privacy whilst maintaining airflow. The future-proofed design demonstrates our forward-thinking approach, ensuring the garden can evolve with the family’s changing needs whilst maintaining a cohesive aesthetic throughout.
