Originally dominated by lawn with minimal patio space, this garden was reimagined to significantly expand outdoor entertaining capabilities whilst maintaining practical lawn areas. TIMARK created a generous primary patio area featuring integrated uplighting for atmosphere and evening functionality.
Raised beds constructed from robust timber sleepers add architectural interest whilst doubling as informal perimeter seating—a practical solution that enhances both form and function. Through clever retaining of the rear garden section, we created additional usable space for a secondary patio area perfectly positioned to capture the evening sun.
New perimeter fencing and an entrance gate completed the transformation, providing privacy and security whilst defining the garden’s renewed character. The dual-patio design ensures the family can follow the sun throughout the day, maximizing their enjoyment of the outdoor space from morning through sunset.
