This utility room renovation transformed an outdated, poorly insulated space into a fresh, highly functional room whilst preserving the client’s existing cabinetry. TIMARK carefully dismantled and stored the original utility units and worktop for later reinstallation, demonstrating our commitment to cost-effective, sustainable solutions.

Technical challenges included rerouting an internal foul pipe that created an obstruction at the exit door, requiring expert drainage work to reconnect it properly into the foul system. We installed a new composite front door and fully glazed UPVC back door, dramatically improving both aesthetics and natural light.

Essential building improvements included installing new ventilation to prevent moisture buildup, followed by comprehensive insulation and full plastering throughout. The original units were then expertly reinstalled, creating a utility room that feels completely refreshed whilst retaining familiar, functional storage. The result is a bright, well-insulated, and properly ventilated space that’s both energy-efficient and pleasant to use.
