Working as specialist subcontractors on this educational facility project, TIMARK installed a new curved footpath navigating a steep bank. The design required both engineering expertise and aesthetic sensitivity to create a path that was both functional and visually appropriate for the school environment.
Our scope encompassed complete excavation of the footpath route down the challenging gradient, followed by installation of concrete path edgings formed to the curved design—a task requiring precision to achieve smooth, consistent curves. The pathway was then properly stoned up with appropriate falls for effective drainage, preventing water pooling and ensuring longevity.
TIMARK also assisted with the tarmac installation, working collaboratively with the main contractor to deliver a completed pathway that provides safe, all-weather access whilst enhancing the school grounds. This project demonstrates our civil engineering capability in educational settings and our ability to work effectively as part of larger project teams.
