TIMARK undertook a comprehensive transformation, relocating the client’s small rear kitchen to the front of the property to create a spacious, modern kitchen-diner. The project began with removing an old chimney breast and installing supporting steelwork, opening up the space and creating the open-plan layout the client envisioned.

Essential services were completely updated, including installing a new consumer unit and stop tap. Rather than leaving utilities exposed, we cleverly concealed them behind walls with secret access panels, maintaining clean lines and a tidy aesthetic throughout the space.

The project culminated with installing a complete new kitchen with integrated appliances and comprehensively rewiring the entire open-plan area to support the new layout. The result transformed an impractical floor plan into a contemporary, user-friendly kitchen-diner that’s become the heart of the home.
